How might we cluster themes and create tickets from the DS survey share out.

Eric, Matt and myself connected this AM to go through survey Figma link. We were able to come up with many actionable ticket items we can add to our backlog. I will create those later and attach here.

Matt and I are also connecting again tomorrow morning to go through tickets from the feedback we received from the India team to write down questions that can be addressed during office hours and write down bullet points on questions we will directly follow up on.

Matt and I have created clusters on different categories on how we're going to address the stickies. Next steps is awaiting for Raja to let us know what times work as Office Hours for them, set that up, and address the stickies.

Also, there is a section in the Figma file called: Direct Response where Matt and I would need the team's help to create responses to each sticky in this category.

@halocline will be creating a ticket as a next step for the item above ^
