Checkbox - Top align content when string of text wraps #2000

This issue came from a retro performed with the India team. I'll attach the image below as reference to help provide more details.

@britt6612 Let me know when you come to a good place w/ this. We don't have it in Figma and it would be good for us to do that. Also, it would be good to let the India team know that we're working on resolving this since this ticket came from them so we're actively communicating with them :) Thank you!!
