Some small issues on Design Systems Website

Newsletter is not being used anymore, but it is still on the website in Leave Feedback button at the bottom of guidance pages and in Provide Feedback button at the bottom of the home page.
When clicking on Leave Feedback button on guidance pages, there's a pop up with Join the Conversation. The "n" at the end of Join the Conversation is wrapped on the next line.
On the home page, in the section What is Design Systems, the title is left aligned but the paragraph is center aligned. It would be better if the title is also center aligned
On the home page, there are nine cards in the Highlights section. The content inside the cards are not aligned with each other.
It takes a long time to scroll to the top when users are at the bottom of a guidance page. Users can jump to the first section, but that might not be very intuitive. Adding a “back to top” button might be helpful.
There’s a search feature for the Learn page, but there’s no search feature for Foundation, Components, and Templates pages. There are only 6 items in Learn, so the search might not be necessary
On the guidance page of Global Header, there is an inline notification. The notification container goes all the way across, but the text cuts off at a fixed width.
On the home page near the top, there are three cards, Designer Guidance, Developer Guidance, and What's New. They have hover effects to signify that it's clickable. The hover effects don't show up when users scroll over the cards without moving their mouse. The hover effects also don't show up when users move their mouse over the cards very quickly. So the cards might not seem clickable at first glance.
