What update message should we have for components that have been directly affected by another component being updated? In this case, would it be fine to say "The Global Header and PageHeader components have been updated to consume the latest Avatar changes. For any questions or concerns, please reach out to [designer who made the changes] or [1 other designer]"

Or should we also list the Avatar changes directly within PageHeader and Global Header as well? Does it matter if its a small or large change?
