Separate boards for different purposes
• Have one board for devs and designers.
• Have a board for bigger tickets, where we have an overview of the quarter.
• Have a board for smaller tickets coming up.
• Have a board for the current sprint.
Boards aligned with OKRs
• Create separate ticket boards aligned with each OKR for the quarter.
• Each board should represent a specific OKR and contain tickets relevant to achieving that objective.
Better division of sub tasks
• Consider having a board per component, per OKR, or per "Big Thing" to better organize sub tasks.
