Border overlap - Accordion component Figma #3866

Each accordion panel has borders above and below. When accordion panels were clubbed together to create a accordion component, there is a overlap of borders of each panel. look into it and resolve the issue.

@taysea can you please have a look and create a grommet issue may be. tagging @SeamusLeonardHPE for visibility.

Quick resolve will help us to build the accordion accordingly.
