To prep for onboarding the DSCC team we need to better understand their current figma component library, and the method of adoption to design systems standards that they will be most comfortable with.

This could mean they adopt Design system atomic components or they may want to implement tokens in their existing existing

[ ] Audit or request existing spreadsheets on DSCC SC figma components.

Did a Figma search and came across a file - It looks like they've already created a file to align with HPE DS. Judy Wu has already created that we could leverage, annotate discrepancies and areas of opportunities.

Some questions that came to mind:

Set clear objectives.
Who will we be working with: designers? devs? Judy Wu? What channels will they be reached on? Weekly meetings?
Do we need to help them ensure they meet each PI along with audit we'll be doing?
How will their PIs/backlog affect adoption or our backlog priortization?
Perhaps we start with some quick wins they can start implementing such at the atomic level such as typography, colors, then input fields, buttons, etc..
What are some pain points with their DS and our DS?
How can we leverage and scale this for future adoptions of other teams with DS (Juniper)?
How will we measure adoption? Solutions to leverage on future value propositions?
How can we use/leverage tokens? Testing environments? Will Cillian, Oliver, Julia help here?

@vavalos5 thanks for those initial findings.

We can pause on this for a few days until I get a better understanding of what the expectations are on the DSCC side, and how they intend consuming our system (via tokens or compoents)

I want to avoid duplication of effort on our end so I'll review the file Judy Wu prepared and by next week should have better understanding of our role in this effort.
