Changes in this PR:

Updated the dependencies
Updated the tests to use functional components
Updated README.md to use functional components
Updated snapshots as there was a slight difference in how jest rendered (removed new line)
Also updated snapshots as an undefined prop will no longer render the prop

We have moved on to using a new dependency. Closing to take off my cognitive plate.
