INSTALL FAILS in Windows #1

source .venv/bin/activate fails in Windows : file or command not found and WSL -bash: .venv/bin/activate: No such file or directory

only 3 months after raising the issue a workaround was offered on DC https://community.intersystems.com/post/running-flask-applications-iris#comment-272086

The issue is neither closed nor the error in README corrected
