Does not work with Grafana 5.0.3 #5

$ dpkg -l | grep grafana
ii  grafana                         5.0.3                          amd64        Grafana

I met following error message when I tried to add new Groonga datasource.

Plugin Error
Fetch error: 404 Not Found Instantiating
 https://log.clear-code.com/grafana/public/app/plugins/datasource/groonga/module
 Loading app/plugins/datasource/groonga/module

Maybe this is related to #3 .

We've started re-implementing this for Grafana 7.
