Updating with % read #34

When you try to update, there is no option to do it by the % of the book 
instead of the nº of page you are. 

This isn't usefull for kindle readers, taht we have in what % of the book we 
are but not in what page we are. 

Do not know if the API supports it, at least on the oficial client for iOS you 
can do it.

The API doesn't specify whether % read is permitted, but I've heard rumor that 
it might 'just work'.  I'll take a look.
