Disabling responsive layouts #21

Hi Karol,

Thank you for the great plugin. I'm using it in my Grails projects now. I would like to completely disable the 'responsive' layout functionality of BootStrap. I thought it was disabled by default in 2.0.1. After upgrading your plugin to the latest, my app is still 'responsive', and i noticed that the 'resource' tag included the responsive.css. Is there a way to disable responsive layouts thru the plugin?

I've missed that 'responsive' layout was disabled by default in 2.0.1. I disabled 'responsive' layout. Checkout version 2.0.1.19
