AlmaLinux 8.x xapian no longer works #125

Today after an update o my AlmaLinux servers, xapian stopped working with the following error:

Error: Couldn't load required plugin /usr/lib64/dovecot/lib21_fts_xapian_plugin.so: Module is for different ABI version 2.3.ABIv8(2.3.8) (we have 2.3.ABIv16(2.3.16))

Apparently, fts-xapian broke when AlmaLinux updated to version 8.6 overnight.

Also, could you please update the EPEL packages to the latest version?
