Support `asdf-ruby` version manager #64

Under the hood asdf-ruby is based on ruby-build. The only way I could keep using wwtd in my gems would be with support for asdf.

Alternatives: I am not sure if there is another option for locally running what the CI does.

I'm not actively developing this, since I stopped using travis, but PR welcome if it's simple.
