Possible misspelling of preceeded and preceeding #58

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

Hi

A static analysis tool (lintian) for Debian noticed two misspellings in the
0.19 mscgen binary, namely "preceeded" and "preceeding" (Suggested corrections
being preceded and preceding). Note as I recall the tool prefers US spelling
(due to US being the "default" English on Debian), so it might be a false
positive if this spelling is valid in the UK.

As far as I can tell they appear to be in language.y (introduced with the fix
for issue 53).

Yup - that's an error in the UK as well :(

Will this cause a problem for the Debian packaging? Or can the package carry a
patch?

If a patch can be used, svn can generate it for you with something like the
following:

$ svn diff --diff-cmd=diff -r 154
http://mscgen.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/src/language.y

Hey

It will not be a problem; we will just carry a patch. :)
