handshake exception with Paris, France #781

Describe the bug

The Paris France network doesn't work. I'm unable to search and find any station, nor getting results from map location.

While trying to get scheduled transport ways, I'm only able to apply from and destination places from the map (I.e. no known station appear in list - this should be related to bug #779 and bug #774, at least), And every times I ask for results, I get this: Screenshot_2021-09-08-09-24-46

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Set network to Paris, France Go to 'Search' Type any known station Nothing happens Choose points on map for from and to No results either

Expected behavior A result should appear, with several suggestion of stations and means of transports

Versions (please complete the following information):

Transportr Version: 2.1.2
Device: Fairphone FP1U
Android Version: Android 4.2.2

Your Android version might be too old to connect via TLS to that API endpoint.

Would this (having too old android version) also be the reason for this issue https://github.com/grote/Transportr/issues/779 ? @grote

Android 5 should be fine. Otherwise #779 doesn't have more information to know what is going on.

@grote using Android 5.0.1 Paris doesn't work, like with North-East France in issue #779

Support for Navitia-based networks is going to be removed, see #960.
