Update Store website & description #857

One additional thing, would maybe to update the app website (and maybe also the banner?) on the PlayStore: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.grobox.liberario Also at least in french, the title of the app seems to be cut off, so maybe it should be made shorter?

I assume in that regard we should also review and align with the F-droid entry.

The new limit is 30 characters for the app title, what do you think we should go for? Maybe we could just do something like "Transportr — Public Transit" instead of "Transportr - Open Source Public Transit" ?
