Changes to be able to build different arquitecures #2

  1. Removed -mieee-fp in different files to be able to compile in different architectures.
  2. File permission changed. (Should we put something related to that files permission in the README.md?)

Edit: Code commented and shortered to be more clean

I made in this way because it removed some other directories in /opt/ like etherlab I don't know why. Now is a bit more clean and safe.
