In conversation with dprockop and kleggat:

Unclear if we want to actually schedule updates, but it will likely need to be run with some regularity (every Sunday night was the suggestion), which suggests to me that being able to both schedule updates and trigger an update manually (imagining the scenario where Monday morning changes are important to push out ASAP).

This can't be scheduled at the moment, since it is a manual process to load updated enrollment data.

The updated Student Enrollments from https://github.com/groton-school/course-planning-tool/commit/12107ab1887d0224ed3b075a83475dcaa21143ea should now allow this to be a viable feature to add.

Things it would be nice (and nominally feasible) to schedule as automations:

[ ] Update enrollment history query from Blackbaud
[ ] Update enrollment histories on course plans (depends on previous)
[ ] Update course list query from Blackbaud
[ ] Update available courses sheet after puling previous query from Blackbaud, possibly with a notification to the Academics Office of any changes
[ ] Expand comments rows regularly
[ ] Pull analytics data (see #112)
[ ] Update color-coding, if such comes to pass (see #113)

Likely the annual roll-over should not be automated?
