Apparently need to modify the metadata.opf generator to list the image files

Not sure if modified the opf generator. Anyway, if the book contains some HTML files, the images used by these are included in the output EBook (as of 2245ac40847351449edb913ff98bb479f3f1c3ee)

While converting from .epub to .azw Calibre logs a bunch of warnings/errors that the images were not declared (or something, don't remember now). Yet they do appear in the output .azw
