• icl_save_settings is not the right place to hook, we are currently getting in an infinite loop because of this. Reported in https://wpml.org/es/forums/topic/error-al-activar-el-plugin-502-bad-gateway/ I used wpml_setup_completed instead
• Use the current user id instead of hardcoding to 1
• Call the proper filter to set language information because it takes care of creating or updating a record in the translations table accordingly: https://wpml.org/wpml-hook/wpml_set_element_language_details/
