Support for CocoaPods #31

This is a first draft for a Cocoapods spec, trying to address issue #28. I tested it locally (in an iOS app), and it does appear to work. But this is my first attempt at writing a pod spec, and I don't know what I am doing.

Your podspec looks flawless to me: you know more than you say. I'll perform a few checks before merging your pull requests, but you can already consider yourself a GRDBCombine contributor 👍

Version v0.8.0 has shipped with support for CocoaPods!
