There's some evidence that the more bullet points you have, the fewer women will apply, due to a tendency to feel like you need to match more/all/as much as possible in terms of mentioned skills.

I would suggest focusing on the things that are truly necessary to do the job rather than examples of skills that might be useful/nice to have/relevant.
