[suggestion] soften the point about the number of things candidates should love about JavaScript #2

I would consider changing:

you can list 10 things you love about JavaScript

to

you can describe why you love JavaScript

Some research suggests that women are less likely to apply to a posting if they don't meet the listed qualifications for a job. So, a woman may think, "I can only list 8 things I love about JavaScript" and not apply.

Also, as @kytrinyx said, make sure that the listed requirements are actual requirements and not just "nice to haves".
