Docker Version in Radme does not match with version set in the .yml #419

**Describe the bug** In the docker/docker-compose.polling.deploy.yml & docker-compose.yml the version is set as '3.6'. In the Readme it's written docker 17.06.0-ce. But docker 17.06.0-ce would need Version 3.3
