Bot deployed on the DititalOcean doesn’t work correctly #434

Hey. I’ve deployed my bot on the DigitalOcean. Whatever I tried it can’ Create a user to allow controlling DB when it’s secured with password. Tried to set up password on DB and droplet itself (used docker to deploy)
