"Remove member" button and functionality is missing #24

Added delete instance action. When adding a member(VM) or removing it is not giving instant UI change. It is requiring another page refresh to see the updated page. This is probably VM spawning and terminating would take some time, I guess. The instances page is implemented differently, probably we should mimic that. Not sure can close this. Sumit, please review and close.

I think it will be good to figure this out, otherwise it makes the demo less compelling.
