Text overlapping cell when rendering Excel spreadsheets #20

When rendering Excel spreadsheets some of the cells are overlapped. The issue can be reproduced when rendering to HTML with v22.5 see overlapping-text

The issue has been fixed by removing global styles from the Angular UI package. See the output overlapping-text-fixed
