Update versions for both Compilers and DotNetCompilerPlatform packages. #62

Problem: Error message: Could not find a part of the path 'E:\git\GroupDocs.Viewer-for-.NET-WebForms\src\bin\roslyn\csc.exe'. as a result of the standard run application from the VS.

Solution: Was upgraded version for both Compilers and DotNetCompilerPlatform packages.

Closing because working workaround was not found, and the related github issue is still open https://github.com/dotnet/roslyn/issues/15556.
