LED Stop Blinking as soon as I start acquisition #59

Hello,

I have a technical issue with a PureThermal 3 + FLIR Lepton 2.5. However, I am not sure it comes from the PureThermal or the FLIR.

When plug-in the PureThermal 3 to any computer (tried Rasberry PI, MacOS and Windows), the PureThermal 3 LED is blinking slowly, however when trying to start an acquisition (tried from GetThermal, from python, from UVC cam viewer), the LED stop blinking (either it stays off, or it stays on, depending on the state it was in when I started the acquisition). And I can't get any image from it.

I tried to re-install firmware but still the same issue.

Any idea what could go wrong ? I am not sure if that is related to the firmware, the purethermal or flir itself...

I have the same issue. Is there any advice available?
