Hi!

Is it possible to control the FFC (shutter) with this framework?

No this module only deals with the SPI to receive captures from the Lepton sensor. To change configuration and control, use the I2C interface as described in https://www.flir.com/globalassets/imported-assets/document/flir-lepton-software-interface-description-document.pdf
