remote image uploads #15

Hey there!

Found out the hard way that Image attachments now do need to be uploaded to GroupMe. I changed that line and also added some instructions for how to upload remote images

Shoot, I'm so sorry, one of us actually caused it to require a GroupMe image link (He realized it was a MAJOR security issue and contacted the devs), but then we forgot to update this! Thanks for doing it for us!
