To do before merge:

[x] Move the groupme.js.org link to the docs repo (PR in the js.org repo)
[x] Add a secret to the node-groupme repo using a PAT from your account or another account that has maintain permissions for the docs repo. Use the key PERSONAL_TOKEN

Access token stuff is all finished :+1:

As for the js.org stuff... I don't think they accept PRs until after the new site is all set up. like, I believe they want the js.org PR to be the very last step in the process, they won't let us just move the domain to a site with no content.

So what's the next step for getting content pushed to the new site? Do we need to merge this now, push something to main, trigger the CI stuff, and then the site will be ready to go? or is there something else that needs to happen first
