Move some deps to dev-deps #79

Some time ago I moved all dev-dependencies to be normal deps, not really sure why (we can find out when with git-bisect).

  1. Deployments now take a long time.
  2. More memory is consumed on the small machine, I think it clogs up the machine.

We need to deploy only what is needed to prod.

Moved a few, and depcheck doesn't work for some reason :(
