Added homebridge configuration settings #17

Created a configuration settings file based on https://developers.homebridge.io/#/config-schema.

In addition I made one change to the readme file.

Please consider these changes to make it easier for others to create configurations in the future.

If you have any questions or if I need to test or validate these changes in a different way, please let me know.

@grover , is this project being maintained any more?

It is fine if it isn’t. I just wanted to know whether you were still accepting pull requests as I was planning on doing some additional development, but can stop submitting pull requests if you are no longer accepting them.

Thanks for having a great plugin, I have really enjoyed using it.
