Eve Degree (new version) not saving historical data

Hi, I have an Eve Degree (the new version with the display) already paired to ranger, but looks it is not saving historical data. In the eve app I was able to briefly got some data, and then stopped. I know it is not in the supported device list, but any chance to debug it? Thanks!

I don’t have one.

If you could record a debug log, that would be helpful. I’ll write some instructions if you want to support this.

General operation seems to work though? Have you tried to restart ranger and/or Eve?

Sure, I can try. Just guide me and I will give it a try. Regarding general operations, yes seems to work ok, and I already try a restart.

@grover I been having issues after around 12 hours of working. homebridge is up and running and I do not see errors in log, but Eve Door and Degree are in a not responding status in HomeKit. Any suggestion? Thanks!

@grover I seem to have a similar issue with an Eve Aqua. it connects and is connected for 6 hours or so and ten it just stops. Homebridge remains active as I can see the test triggers I've set up but he Eve itself reports in the log "Reported reachability for Eve Aqua BFA3: false" and then nothing.
