Editor pane should be resizable and preview pane should be minimizable #18

The user should be able to resize the editor pane.
There should be a button that minimizes/hides the preview pane.

This is really useful when the volume of content is really high, or when the user doesn't need the live preview (i.e. "distraction-free content writing" a la Medium).

The preview pane is able to be hidden, but we don't have the ability to resize arbitrarily yet.
