Document project init in getting started #76

Hi! Thanks for this PR. The README you're editing is actually the README for the documentation site -- not for using Grow itself. Basically, the instructions in this README should be followed to work on the docs site only (not spin up a new Grow site). You would use the grow init command to start a new site, not work on an existing/this one. I hope that makes sense.

Thank you for resolving my confusion. But what's about the install.md file. I can see this information on the website. Without the project initialisation, the grow install, grow run or grow build commands won't do anything. Escpecially grow install can't install any dependencies because there is no podspec.yaml to look at.

Or do I get this also wrong?
