Create Newsletter Sign up page #151

Please create a new webpage for the newsletter sign up and put this code in...... Then use this webpage as the link for the footer and other places we have newsletter listed:

@glawson, I think making a page, even as simple as a news letter sign up landing page with the snippets @WendyPorter posted. Is this something that you could knock out quickly so I can have reference to create pages in the future? Thanks!

@stevencorrea / @WendyPorter, I can create this page after 6/15. But we are not including JQuery as the above script includes. Mailchimp has a direct api that we should use: http://developer.mailchimp.com. But we'll need access to the account or @WendyPorter will need to generate an API key and update us with it.
