Together we grow, support, and connect the thriving tech and entrepreneurial hub in Chico and Northern California to foster the success of our businesses and to make our tech community more robust.

-Tech and Entrepreneur Industry leaders and employees working with tech as a product, service, or biz ops with a significant investment in tech talent.
-Supporting private or public organizations that can help the tech industry realize shared opportunities and overcome shared challenges.

To foster the success of our businesses and startups and to make our tech and entrepreneurial community more robust.
THE WHAT
growTECH is a strategic and results driven industry lead partnership between tech and entrepreneur leaders and supporting community organizations who work together toward shared opportunities and challenges facing our tech industry in the greater Chico area.
We jointly create an agenda that supports the stability and growth of the tech and entrepreneur industry sector in the greater Chico area.
We commit to coordinated action and implementation of shared, high priority areas.
We create a forum for quality connections, networking, info and idea sharing.
MAIN FOCUS & OPPORTUNITY AREAS
Talent (grow our own and recruitment strategies)
Showcase our region as a thriving tech hub
Foster a united tech and entrepreneur community network
Consider infrastructure & emerging markets to support growing tech & startup business
