Use GH Pages to publish the chart? #5

I recently used a github action to generate a helm release for one of my repos. This worked out really well for me. I can't do this all as a PR since it requires some changes to the repo settings page. An example from the repo I changed is here. Note that your repo doesn't use a charts directory, so it isn't a direct lift. Looks like you can use charts_dir here to change it.

I can submit a PR for what I think will be a working release.yml if you'd prefer.

i'm quite pressed for time right now so i don't really have time to look at this in depth, that said it seems like a really good idea, thanks for initiating that!

the pre-requisites from here should now be covered, so if you'd like to make a PR with the required changes i'd be happy to review/merge it.

I forked this repo and did it on my version, which is a repo where I plan to set up as a collection of helm charts. I did not request a merge, since the changes to repo structure ended up being quite much. I absolutely credited this repo in mine though. https://github.com/Dill-Dall/helm
