Hi, would it be possible to point to opentracing-contrib/java-grpc in the readme? Since this repo seems to be an outdated version of the other one.

the same the Go part https://github.com/grpc-ecosystem/go-grpc-middleware/tree/master/tracing/opentracing seems to be more alive.
