Add example code for python TLS/SSL server setup

thanks for approving, I've been troubleshooting with my CLA account since I submitted this request. There's something wrong with my account and it's not letting me do what I need to do

I'm in contact with their tech support right now but there are no changes as of yet

I changed some things with my account just now and it said I'm authorized now so hopefully this works
