Can't work with eclipse

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install the eclipse 3.3.2 in the directory:C:\Program Files\Java\eclipse
2. release the cypal.studio.for.gwt-RC4.zip in the directory:C:\Program
Files\Java\eclipse\tools
3. creat an new folder "eclise",so the structure is C:\Program
Files\Java\eclipse\tools\cypal.studio.for.gwt-RC4\eclipse\features and
C:\Program Files\Java\eclipse\tools\cypal.studio.for.gwt-RC4\eclipse\plugins
4.creat an new folder C:\Program Files\Java\eclipse\links and new file
cypal_GWT.link.Add the plugins path"path=tools\cypal.studio.for.gwt-RC4"
5.restart the eclipse and click Help->About Eclipse Platform->Plug-in
Details,I can't find this plug-in

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

It's works fine when deploying the plugins in "classic" plugins/features 
folder. So
IMHO your issues title should be more detailed.
