Chinese Simplified(zh-CN) translation

Forget me? I am the real translator for zh-CN locale. In the recent update, I find some translation strings are weird, so you must be using google translate again. ^_^

Let me correct them for you.

I think I have no access permission to change zh-CN folder directly. Even if I fork this project, I have not found any zh-CN folder. So please add them for me.

Weird that you were not able to access the files under /locale/zh-CN . Anyways, I will update the strings.

Another change in optionwindow.properties file: notif.text=以上更改将在点击确定后生效（看不到确定按钮，则关闭窗口后生效）
