Limit count for Other group to fragments with a match #11

Use cts:value-match * to find all patterns, and use that to find total estimate. Don't sum cts:value-match frequencies for anti-sum, but get all anti-patterns, and do estimate on shot-gun or with those. Less index round-trips..

Add total-pattern attribute on show-remainder.. (which defaults to *)
