also adds some basic tests...

Note: this PR removes the 'ml.common' angular module dependency, as it doesn't like that's used anywhere. In the future (one additional PRs to ml-lodlive are merged), MLRest could be useful...

Thnx a bunch! I'll just merge this, and then try to run a test with a copy from master directly!
