Rationale: It's too easy to break an installation of vagrant during installing ml-vagrant since /opt/vagrant is a shared location.

I'd love to create a Vagrant plugin out of this project, but don't know enough about those yet.

Note: I changed base location of mlvagrant scripts to /opt/mlvagrant/ to avoid future conflicts..
