Remove bower, tomcat and other things that should not be running alongside MarkLogic on the same VM #134

I have disabled the older style git + hook project, and moved bower, gulp, and forever underneath that same flag.

I'll keep the installation of tomcat, because it is useful for DHF, but will not launch it automatically.
