feat: experimental macOS support #12

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Support for MAPP execution in conda envs on Mac machines - nice to have but not essential.

Additional context In the recent PR I have adjusted the conda envs so that they can be build on my personal Mac as well as the main testscript so that it triggers the pipeline testrun on my machine too.
We need someone else with a Mac to confirm the testrun finished succesfully.
@IanKouzel - I heard that you are running the pipeline on a Mac<?>

Hi @AngryMaciek, yes, I am running it on both linux and Mac. Old version was working on Mac, one of the recent versions had some issues on one of my Mac machines. I will test the newest version you pushed yesterday.
